FAQs
Who packs my goods?
Either you can pack them or we can pack them for you. If, however you are packing yourself, care needs to be taken to ensure all breakables are packed for transport. Larger items would normally be collected from you and then packed / made secure for transport at our depot.
Who supplies the packing?
We can supply all the packing materials you will need. Normally prior to collection we will supply you with cartons to pack books, electrical items, clothing etc and then larger items are packed later.
Are my goods insured?
You should check with your household insurers if your policy covers, or can be extended to cover, overseas removals.
How do you get my things to Spain?
Insped is one of the market leaders in transport to Spain in the North of England. Because of this we have trucks departing on an almost daily basis. Unlike most removal companies, we don't have to wait until we have enough removals to send a truck - we are already sending them. Your belongings will be collected by our domestic transport department, brought back to our consolidation depot in Bradford and loaded on the next available truck. Delivery can usually be made to most points in Spain within 7-10 days.
How are they delivered?
If you have a small amount, one of our small domestic vans in Spain will deliver your belongings. If you have a larger removal then, providing there is good enough access the International truck will deliver to you.
Can you deliver to my house?
We are as flexible as you need us to be. If you prefer to unload the truck yourself this is fine. If, however, you would prefer us to unload your belongings this can be arranged.
Can my belongings be stored?
Yes we can arrange storage either here in the UK or in Spain awaiting your arrival.
Will we have a local contact?
At the time of collection, we will supply you with all the contacts you will need. Your main contact will be here in the UK, however we will also give you details of our Agent in Spain so you can contact them if you wish.
